0 Point Miracle

Fiber One Strawberry Yogurt is my new best friend. Zero WW points! (For one, of course. Two yogurts = 1 point.)

  1. See this is what will drive me crazy. It doesn't make sense. And holy crap the formula to calculate points uses min. It is lovely.

  2. Oh man, I'm going to find my favorite low-point things and share them with you! Not sure if you know about Laughing Cow light cheese, but it's 1 point per wedge and a good substitute for cream cheese (I like it on celery and bagels).

Also, Hungy-Girl.com, if you don't already subscribe to her daily newsletter (although maybe you do since she's on that yogurt box). She has all kinds of recipes, food finds, tips, and stuff, and she gives the WW points for everything. And I love her cookbooks!

  3. Yes, share! I love some Laughing Cow, and I have been subscribed to Hungry Girl for a couple years. Edit: I was subscribed. I eventually stopped reading since it was sent every day and I didn't have time. But I have a folder in my email full of HG things to read! Also, I have her first cookbook and I love it! Bob hates it all, though. Does Michael eat the stuff?

  4. Michael eats some of it, like the things that are actual meals (there's a chicken enchilada casserole from her latest cookbook that he loves) and some of the desserts. But a lot of it isn't substantial enough for him or he can tell that it's not the real thing (like putting applesauce in brownie mix instead of oil and eggs).
